Do you know the delicious Chiacchiere? This is one of the desserts we eat in Italy during the Carnival time. Depending on the parts of Italy they can be called Chiacchiere, Bugie, Cenci, Frappe and so on..  Here I wanted to share with you my mum’s recipe. But don’t worry she is not jealous about her recepies! 🙂

Chiacchiere (il dolce di Carnevale)

Procedimento

  • 250 g di farina bianca
  • 3 cucchiai di zucchero
  • 2 uova
  • 30 g di burro
  • 1 bicchierino di grappa
  • olio di semi q.b.
  • zucchero a velo q.b.

Procedimento
